My Hobbies

Main advocation is overseeing the rental of our 1,850sf Beachfront Penthouse Condominium Suite on the 22nd Floor of Playa Azul III in Luquillo Puerto Rico with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. See and Main hobby is collecting, buying, selling, and repairing vintage Lionel Trains where I am an internationally recognized author (Greenberg's Guide to Lionel Trains: Postwar - F3 Diesels) and expert in classic Lionel Trains. Home property is an 18 acre apple farm with 1,131' of waterfront and a 120' pier great for crabbing, fishing, and boating on 400 yard-wide Whites Neck Creek a Potomac River tributary . Loving my waterfront home; Puerto Rico Beachfront Penthouse Suite; 2014 Corvette Stingray vert; and Nancy, family, & friends with Nancy and my daughters at the top of the list.

Family history on my mother's side includes the world famous landscape artist Frederick Edwin Church (mother's maiden name is Church), and poet Emily Dickenson where I am a member of the Dickenson Family Association. Mother was a DAR President. I continue the family legacy of revolt against tyranny.

I also am the webpage creator and administrator for "The Comprehensive Guide to the 7th District" of St. Mary's County, Maryland.

Words to Live By: From my college floorball experience I learned one very important life lesion, "When up against overwhelming odds of a more powerful force where you cannot win, make your opponent pay a higher price in winning than you pay in losing".

My Favorite Things

Love sitting on our porch with Nancy from our 1919 era home 75' from the water with a 3-sided wrap around porch w/roof, and also listening and watching Nancy sing & perform with her classic R'N'R bands. Two favorite people are wonderful daughters Elizabeth & Elicia. Liz has a BFA degree from Utah State University (USU) and is the Lead Graphics Artist and Designer for the Office of the President of USU, and Lee has a BFA degree from USU and an MFA degree in Costume Design from UCONN, and is a Supervisor in the Costume Design Department of the Metropolitan Opera in NYC.
